A Letter from The Founder
Dear Parent,
My name is Dimple Jain, and I have the esteemed honor of being the owner of Herndon Montessori School. My passion for education began well before owning a school or learning about the Montessori method. Education has been the only profession that I have ever known, and it’s one that I wouldn’t trade for anything else. I have taught pre-school and school-aged children for over 25 years, and still have so much to learn myself.
As a parent myself, I understand how precious these early years are. My hope is that our preschool becomes a second home for your child—a place where they feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to shine in their own beautiful way.
So, if you’re interested in our little corner of the world, or you have any questions, please reach out to us! I would love to meet you and your child, talk about our holistic child development philosophy and give everyone a tour of our facility. Message From School Head
Dear Families,
My name is Patricia DeSantis and I am excited to lead our Herndon Montessori School into the next chapter! I have over twenty-five years of experience as an early childhood professional in positions as Montessori directress, teacher, program director and School Director in Montessori, S.T.E.M., and N.A.E.Y.C. programs. I have a bachelors degree in English and a minor in education from Virginia Wesleyan College and an American Montessori Society (M.A.C.T.E.) approved teaching certificate from the Montessori Educational Institute of the Pacific Northwest. I promise your child’s safety, security and happiness will always be my top priority. I am devoted to ensuring that the authentic Montessori philosophy and environment is consistently implemented so each child may reach their full potential. I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated staff to continue to provide excellence in our Montessori programs. I look forward to partnering with you for your child’s success!
